Good place for a walk outside had my boots on a bit cold

Best place for Fitness activities

I quit my last gym and started with South Lanarkshire leasure last month and have not looked back. Great facilities and classes are superb. Feel 100% that my fitness levels are getting into the right area.

Excellent gym, great for people with anxiety issues who just want to lose some weight, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The best time to go is between 08:00-10:00PM as it's completely quiet.

Good gym should add a punching bag it would be really good for the gym

Great running track, good arena for athletics.

Far superior to the facilities at Blantyre sports centre. Showers and changing rooms are immaculate. Do wish the early morning classes could start a wee bit earlier though.
