Reported the Watt bikes being without charge no one knows where the charger is?? 8 or 9 weeks ago. They said they had ordered a charger.... Still waiting. Feel sorry for the staff at the reception as they are all really nice, but they're the ones who have to deal with the poor poor management of the facilities.
If I could leave 0 stars I probably would. The pool at Bellahuston is disgusting and barely worth being open at all. Only the main pool is open, all other pool facilities play pool, outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and flume all are permanently closed. Information I didn't see online nor was I told when paying/booking at the desk. The changing rooms are filthy, floor was dirty, there was urine in showers and bits floating in the pool including a plaster and bits of paper There's also no private showers apart from 1 in the disabled toilets Will definitely not be returning.
3 days after visiting here I’ve had bad skin rash and I’d guess it was the totally unacceptable level of hygiene. The place is a disgrace, pish inside the changing areas, nothing is working, nearly everything is out of order, hairs, plasters nails, are just some of the things I’ve seen around the health suite, I can’t even believe I’m calling it that, this place needs to shut if it was a restaurant the inspectors would have shut it down! Staff are rude and arrogant and most of them look as if they don’t want to be there, that I can understand! Will never return don’t know what I’ll catch next!
Great Gym, Toilets for Gym Isn’t very clean most times. Swimming pool is just okay but the changing rooms for swimming is stinking
Very disappointed, A staff member that looks over the swimming pool was very grumpy and had an attitude problem. There is no accommodation for disabilities. I was asked to leave the pool due to goggles Also, Half the pools are permanently closed which was not on their website or told to us when paying. The pool and changing facilities are also filthy. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
Avoid this Glasgow Club if you’re looking to play on their courts. They’re not only dirty, but they take 15-20 minutes to set up your court most times. As said, they don’t ever clean the courts, so it’s littered with dust and trash at all times. The staff here also don’t seem to care about customer service or being friendly in any way, and seem to go out their way to make your time here as miserable as possible. I would recommend Glasgow Club at Gorbals, where staff always have a smile on their face and go out their way to make your time there far more enjoyable.
Staff were friendly and the changing facilities for the pool are decent. As for the pool itself, not good. Dirt embeded in the grout and didn't look clean at all. We were here with our baby, the only thing open was the main pool and you can only have your baby in a very small section. Don't waste your money, go elsewhere. Very disappointing visit.
Great facility . Staff friendly and gym and class instructors a really high standard. Right in bellahouston Park so great for walking and getting those steps in.
The service is so bad because according Google it says opening till 8 pm but they said it’s closed and when we ask if other pools are open they say “I DON’T KNOW“ Like it’s so annoying like HOW WOULD THEY DON’T KNOW I am so mad right now WHY WOULD THEY CLOSE THE POOL AT 3.00pm IN THE WEEKEND I WAS GOING ENJOY THE SUNNY DAY AT THE POOL WITH MY FRIENDS AND THE STUFF IS SO RUDE NOT EVEN A SMILE IN THEY’RE FACES NOT FRIENDLY IF THEY WOULD HAD A SMILE IN THEIR FACE I WOULD GIVR THIS RATING A 2 AND I AM JUST 13 YEAR OLD I HOPE THIS RATING HELPS THANK YOU FOR NOTHING
Staff were lovely, but what a waste of public resources to have the children’s pool shut off for years. The play park outside should also be restored and maintained. Why build things only to neglect them?
