I love this shop! There is an excellent selection of Lego and other toys, the staff are the friendliest people on earth and the prices are fair! What not to love?!!

The guy really doesn’t like customers, he’s very rude and I wished I hadn’t given him the money, he needs to get out of the shop if he’s not bothered about his customers.
Great local toy shop with lots of variety. Kids love the shop and choices. Only 4 Star as customer service wasn’t great. Son wanted to pay himself and man servicing was a bit moody..
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, particularly for independent shops during the pandemic, but the customer service we experienced today from the owner I presume couldn’t be ignored. He was unfriendly, rude and sarcastic - clearly in the wrong business. It was a really strange experience, leaving us wondering if it was a set up! We are on holiday and were prepared to spend a lot of money on my little boy to keep him busy, but took it elsewhere.
A fantastic shop that we visit everytime we are in Swanage. Great range of Lego including new releases. Wide range of model cars that I love Friendly staff. Good old fashioned service... a proper toy shop that brings back memories of childhood.
Lego heaven pretty much describes this place! They do have many other model cars but the Lego shop window display is amazing. They have a good range of small kits through to the big adult Technic kits with a number of built examples.
This is the place of childhood memories of fabulous toy shops of years gone by. It grabs you off the street with its amazing window display of freestyled Lego, for which the owners deserve the highest of praise for creating. Then inside it’s jammed to the ceiling as an Aladdin’s cave of toys for all ages and tastes. Hats off for running such an incredible shop with real passion which is a joy for all.
If I could zero I would have!!. No customer service skills. My daughter asked for something that was in the shop windowas it wasn't on the shelf in store. She was told it was too high up and they couldn't get it, and to come back the next day. Duly went back the next day to be told exactly the same thing, but this time with a little more sarcasm. I'm sure if it was some Lego for four hundred pounds they would have shot up that ladder like a rat up a drain pipe to get it!!.
Best toyshop in town. Great Lego collection. Friendly service.
