This shop is a teddy bears owners paradise. My daughter loves her Charlie bears and went here on the first day of her holiday to spend her pocket money. Really nice owners and staff who took the time to talk to her. Highly recommended and we definitely be back or shop online when we can.
I buy from here on line only, as it is too far away to visit the shop. Very easy to order, delivery is prompt. Extremely helpful ,whether on the phone or email, customer service is excellent.

Had absolute pleasure buying a collectors bear from here. I rang up to clarify a few things and the lady couldn't have been more helpful and kind. I paid over the telephone and received my bear shortly afterwards as they even sent it fast especially to get here in time for a birthday. Lovely company would definitely recommend :
I can highly recommend Corfe Bears the Teddy Bear Shop in Swanage. I have ordered many Charlie Bears from them although I have never visited the shop - yet! Their customer service is second to none, their deliveries extremely quick and their packaging is always good. A very friendly staff puts the icing on the cake. As a Charlie Bears collector I can honestly say this company is always my first port of call.
We every year apart from through pandemic we come to Dorset and whilst in our very happy place we do always come to Swanage. And whilst there it would not be complete without a trip to CORFE BEARS shop. Love this shop and as an arctifile Teddy bear enthusiast it's like heaven to me and I'm a big kid The shop is joy to step into and the owner/staff are most generous kind and sweet and helpful beyond words.. I cannot rate highly enough thankyou as akways for such implicitly excellent service HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Great company always polite and helpful. I had a question on some items and they tried there best to help. You can pre order items. I love charlie bears. Do wish when they take pictures that you see a few from different ones as they only have one. They do put alot of information in the description which is great.
As a result of being asked to find a mascot type bear for a french friend, I contacted....on a Sunday..... Corfe Bears and was delighted they were able to provide me with just what was required. Thank you so much for your help and very prompt delivery two days later....................I would have no problem in recommending Corfe Bears to anyone who wanted to buy an exquisite Teddy Bear.
