The staff are always polite. The food is cooked beautifully, always hot and the prices are great! I would always recommend a visit to John's. The café tables are always cleaned away quickly and the decor is clean and fresh. A fantastic place! Hot and cold drinks are served and the ice-creams are lovely on a hot day. You must go, you never know you may see someone off the telly. When there's filming taking place at Barry Island they'll often pop in there.

Best ice cream sundae ever. Made in super quick time as we had to catch a train.  Very accommodating and designed the sundae to our requests. Will definitely return.

Very good food and very nice staff :) Waiting times are short. And the location is great :) Place sometime gets very messy on summer on peak hours.
