John was always friendly to talk with and got the job done. The rates are a lot more reasonable than the chain estate agents. Also, our landlord contested us getting our deposit back, but John went to the property to have a look and gave us our deposit back within 30 days. I was a bit wary at first, but now is recommend John to anyone.

This person should be given the worst letting agent award in the country, awful service please avoid at all costs, you will regret it, he will rip you off, he is a great time waster, and will not answer your calls, he is not interested in the slightest when there is a problem. please pass the word around to anyone considering using this man. I found him to be very aggressive. He has a very bad reputation and his reputation continues to get worse by the day
