We went there for a family meal and to meet a relative's family. We each had a full meal - in my case, I had southern fried chicken goujons, a Desperado's Nacho burger, and a billionaire's waffle. All three courses were perfect, the burger in particular was delicious they substituted the vegan chili con carne, which they were out of anyway, with pulled pork. I'd fully recommend this place :
Love this place flamin hot burger is amazing great size great flavour every visit we've had here has been great and food has been excellent. Staff are very attentive overall flawless visit would definitely recommend
Came here for my daughter's birthday meal and it didn't disappoint. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the staff were fab. I highly recommend the lotus biscoff dessert
Afternoon visit with friends, we sat outside and although it was not busy the staff were not available until we headed to the bar. We ordered fish chips, chicken combo, The food was good, nice portions and hot. We ordered 2 drinks before finishing and only one arrived but still Nice to sit out in the sun.
We called at a busy period without a booking, but were found a table for the two of us. Couldn't of been more accommodating! The food came quickly and was really good. A very friendly, clean and pleasant place. Would recommend. Thank you for such friendly service.
Went to the John Gregory tonight for the first time and really enjoyed it. The food was great and reasonably priced. The staff were really friendly and made you feel welcome. I'm not one for writing reviews and I'll be going back again soon.
Great find... Very friendly and helpful staff. Good range of beers and drinks. Very good range of food, cooked and presented well. This pub is with in walking distance from home so we find it handy for tea.
Service was slow and disorganised. Its obvious that the staff are poorly trained, they didn't know their own menu, slammed plates on the table, bordline rude, had to wait over 1h and half to get my food. I had half a chicken.. it was mostly bone and no meat. The chips where cold. I would of got a burger however there's was not much variation in the menu. However the desserts were good but I would not recommend the service.
Came here for a group Christmas meal. Food was well cooked, tasted great, and not a long wait between courses. The Christmas meal burger was a nice change to normal!
Food and service is way better than a Marston's or a Hall and Woodhouse. I've been a few times and been very impressed with their burgers, chicken and bacon salad and lasagne. I'll have to try the curry or steak next time. The Fuller's London pride ale is great too
