Friendly & helpful. Just called in for a battery test and some professional advice regarding an intermittent starting problem. Even though I interrupted their lunch (!) they were polite and checked the battery straight away. Can’t rate them on car servicing & repairs yet but I will definitely consider them in future. A good standard of customer service always helps with first impressions.

The crew from Amersham Auction Rooms have been using John Cox for almost 15 years now and we wouldn't go anywhere else. They are so professional, and you will always get good advise.......even if you don't like the news. Example ....my car needed a new alternator and it was running a little rough, I took their advice and I've been driving it trouble free for two years now. They are the most honest garage you will come across
