We brought a car here last month. When we collected it, there were various bits of damage which had not been listed. It also had not been cleaned. When we got it home, the engine light came on. Was told to take it to our local garage to be fixed under guarantee. Before we could get it there, the car wouldn’t start and was making a terrible noise. When we opened the bonnet, there was clear damage, dip stick was snapped, clearly been ‘worked on’ before buying, bolts left loose from being worked on, water in the oil, the fire wall on the bonnet was missing, parcel shelf cord was snapped, interior handle needed to be replaced - this was our daughters first car. In hindsight, should never have taken it from the garage. Had a dent driver side wing. Awful. Returned with no questions asked makes me even more concerned that they knew what was being sold. Would not return
Big shout out to Crossroads Garage in prestwood. Who have gone above and beyond in completing mine and my husbands MOT at short notice.. Their customer service has been exceptional and dedication to the community has been amazing. They helped us both out of a really tough spot with great compassion and kindness. Trim was actually a bit of my petrol wood chipper - the seam had split and it was out of shape, rusty and had a large hole in it: fantastic service - a welded plate so much stronger and even spray painted the right colour. Could not want for more. They also do a good job keeping my old KIA Cee'd on the road as well.Service: Body & Trim
I called Crossroads Garage this morning for an MOT - they fitted my car in on the same day and were cheery and friendly. Excellent efficient service, will definitely use them again.
Thank you for repairing my daughter's car. One third of the price of the main dealer, twice as helpful and very honest. I will be recommending you to all of my friends and neighbours and of course coming back when we need any more car repairs and service.
I called this morning, after I managed to shred my tyre, and Darren couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating - even though he was working alone. He organised a new tyre, fitted it and had it ready for collection within a couple of hours. I am new to this area and am really impressed.Service: Tires
Why can’t I give zero or minus stars? An absolute shocking experience and won’t be returning! It took 4 attempts to fix a leaking coolant tank and I ended up having to bring my car to another to garage to actually fix. A total botch job and possibly dangerous as the electrics also had to be fixed ! Disappointing to write this about a local business but be warned !
Bought car, broke down, took back, fixed, picked up, broke down again, took back, refund. Pretty much sums up my experience. Probably a decent garage but do not bother with their used cars. Complete waste of time and money.
Wow, what a fantastic car dealer. Such a friendly, calm, can do attitude of all the staff, that totally relies on repeat business rather than the turn over of cars. I thoroughly recommend that you visit and buy a vehicle from these guys. The staff are friendly, helpful and fair. The car I bought was for my sons birthday and I took the CRG team on the journey of handing over the keys to him so they could see what they do, so well, and how that changes lives of others. Can not say enough about them and I will be back to them for another car when the time comes. 5 stars is just not enough
I had what I thought was a nasty transmission issue, large rattling that I could not pin down. Just what I needed, another large bill! My car is used for my daily commute and Crossroads managed to get me in the next day, hopefully being able to have a look in the afternoon and at least at least diagnose the issue. So unknown fault, large bill looming, call late afternoon- heat shield broken away, very small bill for welding and collected that evening. First class service, highly recommended.
