My Car went in for an MOT and Service and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They advised what work needed to be done and waited for my confirmation to go ahead before starting the work. I am very happy with the service I received and I will definitely be using them again.

My car has spent so much time in here over the past year, this isn't down to these guys but the incompetence of the main dealer! I can't recommend Alex, James and the guys enough, a great job everytime and you can trust them not to rip you off. This is so important as a female using a garage, as even in today's age most mechanics think girls know nothing and just fob you off.

Despite it being a few days before Christmas and the garage being fully booked AJ Dunlop managed to fit me in for a relatively straightforward repair. This was done quickly, while I waited, and at a very reasonable cost. All the staff were cheerful and eager to please - such a change from some other places I have been to. I was so pleased that I booked my car in for its MOT the following month.

Just a note to thank you for the MOT on my Range Rover Evoque on Saturday morning. In spite of it clearly being a busy day, James arranged for it to be completed promptly and I was particularly impressed by the fact that Alex not only turned the car round for me to exit the garage safely, but also managed to work out how to reduce the volume on the audible warning 'beepers' which have driven me mad for three years! Great customer service and I really appreciated it so thank you.

After getting extremely frustrated with BmW I transferred my business to Dunlop’s. So pleased I did, the team are friendly and efficient, a joy to deal with. Very happy with what they have fixed on my car.
