Terrible service god help us because this job Center is absolutely the worst one I’ve ever been to.The managers need replacing, most staff members are chatting away not bothered about the customer that are waiting, waited over an hour and still couldn’t be seen. Truly terrible.

They are super rude. And they just chat and have their fun time nicely. I was there with my little daughter and i want feeling well and in addition my daughter was crying a lot. And i was in time as well even then i had to wait more than half an hour before my advisor came. They behave like animals. Don't want to give any advice. They just want to pad their time and get money for that. But there was a good guy as well who tried to cheer up my little one and suggested me patience.

Worst service , I waited 15-20 minutes for my interviewer to finally finish her nice chat with her colleague before she decided to call me up. She even saw me sitting there....its just plain rude. I'm not allowed to show up 5 minutes late and yet they can take there sweet time. Absolutely terrible service.

Horrible service by couple staff there. They see you there aitting and waiting and they are just enjoying their own time. Even thought it is now 20 mins late. This is not right. I am human too. Just because i come to get benefits foes not mean you are more human than me.

Can't say I had a real problem here, they were always friendly with me and my advisor was always supportive
