I visited Heywood Jib Centre on Monday 5th June 2923.nnI was greeted by Security at the door they were happy and willing to help they noticed I am Blond and was using at White RNIB Stick.nnHe escorted me to a waiting set shown me where it was and ask could I manage.nnWhen I was asked to come to one of the Desks the security guy escorted me and helped me sit down and explained there’s a glass screen in front of you. He said how far away it was and if I needed any help to just ask.nnAll the staff here are very friendly. happy, supportive and happy to help.nnThe lady I saw was so helpful when I was leaving she made sure the double doors opens for me and the second set of door would also open for mennHighly recommend this Job Centre 5* for staff and lay out of building as they’re were no objects in my way
I needed to speak to a real person as trying to do it on the phone was fruitless. I didn't make an appointment, I just turned up. Met at the door, asked about my visit, I was directed to the waiting area and half way there was told someone would see me straight away. Discussed my issues and they were sorted out in no time at all. Friendly staff, willing to help. Overall a pleasant visit. Thanks.
I visited this Jobcentre Plus branch this week, nervous and hoping to speak to an adviser with it being my first time visiting one, unfortunately the condescending security guard at the door refused my request to speak with an adviser. Advising me himself, he insisted that I should just apply for jobs online. Upon my explaining that I already was, he insisted that if I wished to apply for benefits which I did not and had not even mentioned that I should leave the store and do so online also. I left the centre feeling embarrassed, disappointed and without the CV advice I had hoped to gain.
Very disappointed.. Went in there twice, but the security guard that seems to have made himself the receptionist, has been very condescending on both occasions. Very unhelpful, as i was pretty much told to sort it out myself....
staff treating me with nk respect tried asking for help and didnt even get the help I wanted
