Who or what is your council? After mass privatisation it is no longer clear that the Council are working for the people. The multiple Corporations that make up the "Council" have one sole objective - to make more money year after year. Next time your receive a Council Tax demand or threat, ask yourself who has sent this to you. Is it the billing authority? On closer inspection you will find it is from "unity partnership" a private Corporation being run for profit. The massive Fraud being perpetuated on the public beggars belief. Billions in tax payers money is being used to fund Private pensions for Council workers while even more money is stashed in off shore accounts and clarified as "unusable". There is one person working for the Council who has a duty to investigate crimes being carried out by the Council. The secretive 151 officer is the only person who has a duty to the public. I have written to the 151 and demanded an investigation into crimes being committed by the Council. Without real transparency on how they are spending our Tax money, how do we know that we are not funding Terrorist organizations like ISIS? One thing that we do know is that the Councils are granting planning permission for Fracking (Hydraulic Fracturing). Everywhere that the process has been carried out it has poisoned the water and environment. Greater Manchester Police have used intimidation and violence on peaceful protesters on Barton Moss in 2013/2014 in support of IGAS Corporation. By carrying out this act of Terrorism, the Councils are asking us to fund our own demise and that of our children. More money goes to central government who take great pride in funding Israel who are carrying out acts of Terrorism in Gaza and the GENOCIDE of the Palestinian people. The UK government has been convicted in the international courts for waging an illegal war in Iraq. It was not a valid defence at the Nuremburg trials that "we were only following orders". These people have to stop killing other people and we have to use due diligence to ensure that our hard earned money is not being used to fund such activities.

I wonder i people rarley notice that the council has alot of problems in public areas and there so called safe footpaths aint actually that safe at all
