Appalling experience all around. Roma was so rude at my initial meeting, didn’t even look up from her screen or greet me, just demanded to see ID. If you’re going to work in service user facing roles, you need a degree of social ability and empathy for people going through really tough and stressful times of their lives.nBetween team communication is also obviously nonexistent and there’s no compassion for the negative implications this has on service users.
Im new to the area and the last 2 apointments I had the job coaches where nice and respectfull however today I had a apointment with someone called Heather and she was verry rude and came across with a attitude litterely wouldt stop telling me off and taking digs at me because the system didnt have the correct block I live in down amd she kept saying if you dont change it it can cause you problems witch i understand but I think she could have said it in in a nicer way instead of coming off rude idk if something has happened but that is no way to treat someone who has been nothing but respectful
The job market is a joke right now and this lot working at the job centre know this. I was placed on a BUPA swap course with The Growth Company which was absolutely pointless. You get thrown into a course for two weeks filling out pointless modules in books about customer service. Basic. Then role you have to apply directly the jobs on their website when it’s made out you get a job at the end.
Jeaneth é a melhor funcionária deste local , sem dúvida . Super profissionalnnOFFICIAL COMPLAINT - FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER… Today I attended my appointment at Jobcentre Plus at 10:00. I arrived at 9:30 and checked in. When I was called to the reception, I explained that I don't understand English well and asked politely if it would be possible to have an interpreter so that I could understand the appointment correctly. The work coach refused and said it was not possible. During this time, he was laughing and talking to a colleague, which made me feel uncomfortable and not be taken seriously. The work coach's name is Adama. He was sitting at a table with the name Paul on it. When I politely asked his name, he refused to tell me. The colleague he was talking to was Roma. I felt embarrassed, confused and intimidated because I was trying to explain that I don't understand English well and just wanted help with an interpreter so that I could understand the meeting correctly. Before writing this message, I looked at some comments and noticed that their names were mentioned by other people who said they also felt uncomfortable in their appointments. That made me even more worried. I've had better work coaches in the past who really helped me a lot, even psychologically, encouraging me not to give up on staying and working here in the UK. Unfortunately, today's experience was very negative and disappointing. I would like to request that an interpreter be arranged for my future consultations so that I can communicate properly and understand everything. Thank you.
job coach very bully Nadia laughs in your face and another very rude together with the manager.. I asked her for an appointment that is not the weekend because an extra can happen and she gives me one after 6 days …to report and the manager who has heard everything raised her voice at me while I asked her for explanations of the behavior of the job coach that incredible it does not end here I promise you….people have serious problems and it's not fair to go there and be treated with laughter in your face and given crazy appointment to make you angry..
