Very warm and cosy at this time of year really nice stuff always willing to help.
Every time I go in there for help and advice just fobbed off with excuses. They dont give a damn about people, unless you are a deadbeat alcoholic, drug addict or a dole dosing bum. They are rude unhelpful patronising and just give robotic generic answers. Going into that place is like having your teeth pulled out. They treat you like you are stupid and just generally dont care. If it wasnt for unemployed people they wouldn't have a job in the 1st place.
Yesterday I had a phone call with tanvir he was one of the most nicest guy I've ever spoke with. He was very kind and helpful. This jobcentre needs more nice people like him. God bless you Tanvir. Thank you for sorting out our problem in time.

bunch of useless people get paid good money by us tax payers but yet cannot answer the phone, I was on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up, you wonder why people go out and commit crimes because these slobs don’t want to help you, do your jobs properly for what you get paid for by hard working tax payers instead of sitting round drinking coffee and tea all day!
Treated as a number they made you feel like you done something wrong they was happy to just tick the boxes and not listen to what you had to say.

Friendly staff, nice seating, spoiled by the overwhelming oppression of top-down bureaucracy, and lack of a café.
