I had been before and had a negative experience. But I came on Wednesday to get a coil removed that was not agreeing with me. The nurses were all so lovely, was helped by a lovely lady with lots of tattoos who helped me get an appointment quickly and really relieved my stress about going. She was approachable and didn’t make me feel judged in any way. My coil was removed by a lovely nurse called Abby who was so so kind and very informative about the process. My experience has changed my view on the clinic and would like to thank the staff who were there on Wednesday :
Amazing copper coil experience! I arrived at the clinic very very nervous as I have had a coil fitted before somewhere else and it was very traumatic. Other methods of contraception don’t agree with me so I decided to book the copper coil and give the procedure another go. The staff are very friendly and clinic is peaceful and calming, the nurse was very reassuring and kind when taking my blood pressure and urine sample. Couple of minutes waiting and I was called in my the dr who was very professional and welcoming. The dr made me feel so comfortable and the procedure was painless I didn’t even know the coil was in. This experience was without a doubt the best I’d ever had with a speculum. Amazing dr, thank you!
Don’t normally write reviews but I just had to after today’s service, it was absolutely amazing and efficient service and super organised special thanks to Dr k Foster. Sorted my issue at the visit and calmed my nerves! Definitely recommend!
Went for an implant removal. The lady who saw me and her trainee were absolutely fantastic, laughed for the whole appointment. Would highly recommend this place :
Having received a positive result from an SH24 test I needed an appointment to get treatment. The booking process wasn't easy as my work schedule is hectic at the moment & I couldn't make it for a Monday to Friday appointment. I needed a Saturday morning appointment. I persisted & saw a fantastic nurse called Sally who gave me the treatment I needed. I just wish the booking process was easier as I was the only patient there. I do understand the Saturday service is for emergencies so i'm very grateful I got seen & sorted out.
I felt like I had to review because the service I received was second to none. Whilst I had to wait a while on the phone to book a simple number queuing system would improve customer experience when I got through I was greeted with a friendly member of staff with no judgement. I also contacted the team over Instagram to ask a question about my appointment and they were super quick to respond and very helpful. The appointment itself was an overall very positive experience. I had an IUD coil fitted and my implant removed, and I was quite anxious going into it however all the staff from the receptionists to the nurse/doctor were lovely, reassuring and respectful. Everything was explained to me and I felt informed at every stage. I felt slightly nauseous after the IUD was inserted, but I felt like I was in safe hands at all times. I was so glad I chose to come here over my local GP and would recommend the service to anyone. Thanks for making me feel at ease and welcomed.
On my arrival for IUS to be fitted staff was very welcoming was taken into treatment room where Doctor M. Crow explained me everything clearly and reassured me that is going to be quick process. I felt relaxed and I am so grateful that I had the best care given.
The care offered to me was very excellent. I got a same day appointment and the staff were lovely, looked after me and I had everything checked that I needed. I couldn’t have had a better experience.
The booking of an appointment process was difficult but was finally seen. The clinic is very clean, spacious & modern. Shout out to Abi she was such a great nurse who listened & made me feel at ease answering many questions. I was nervous but Abi's service helped me more than you know. Thank you :
I never write Google reviews but felt like I should after my experience with Locala Bradford and seeing some other reviews which weren’t good. I got help from Locala to get on PrEP, and my experience was overall very good. First of all the actual building inside was pretty nice, with a big waiting room. The receptionists are nice and friendly. The doctors who talked me through the tests and medication were thorough, friendly and knew what they were talking about. They seemed to care that I knew a lot of the information they were giving me. My tests were all fine and I was handed 3 months supply of PrEP and thought to myself how good of a process it had all been, and I was grateful for all the help I received. Thanks.
