All Calderdale council is interested in is getting money from you, they dont care about whether customers can afford to pay or not they dont care if you are in arrears with your council tax, they dont care about anything, I was sent letters and treat like I was trying to avoid paying my council tax, guess how much for - £11.86, yes eleven pounds and I'm only half way in the finincial year so at teh very most If I keep paying my standing order of £120 per month I would still only be £23 in arrears maximum by the end of the year, I dont care if your letters are computer generated, be more sympathetic, there are a lot more people in far greater arrears than me, if I was treat like this then I dread to know how they would be treated. THIS COUNCIL IS A JOKE
Disgraceful place they are all related staff.
Housing support are a waste of space tbh most what comes out of there mouth is a complete lie they really don't help you when in need ended up making my health and life worse off
