Almost never answer the phone, and when they do - they put you on hold. It's the same whatever time you call them.

Terrible, missed bin collection - submitted it online nothing happened then I called and was on hold for over 30 minutes before I put the phone down. Can you imagine if I missed my council tax payment as they did with my bins or if they had to wait ridiculously long for my council tax payment?! IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of. The Website is a joke using the online chat, always says, Live chat: all advisers are busy" - That is as good as no one is online to take your chat.

When or if are Calderdale going to follow Kirklees and have litter police! Brighouse is a tip at times.
