I've been using JLL for the last 5 years either buying, renting out and selling my property. The entire team always responsive, professional and helpful. Especially Sharan who always goes the extra mile to keep me informed and updated in a timely manner. Even after the business was completed they still assisted me with details I needed when asked, which is more than I can say about other property related business's I've dealt with.

I have never been in business with JLL but I know someone who has, and the echo I got from it was everything but good, certainly not worth the good reviews they seem to have on here.

They charged them for every bit of administration they have had to make, never repaired their two broken electric hobs despite pointing it out several times.

Definitely not recommendable.

JLL is a reputable estate agent in Leeds with a focus on high-quality listings. If I were selling a property I would definitely list with them.

Sharan and the team were absolutely brilliant, both when I bought my flat 4 years ago and on its recent sale. She managed to get 2 full price offers within 24 hours of it going on the market and was fantastic all of the way through the both the purchase and the sale - both really efficient, professional and delightful to work with. They really are top rate and I would recommend them 100%

Absolutely brilliant estate agents.  Excellent communication, exceptional knowledge, very helpful team.  These people are on your side and will push hard to get a sale through as smoothly as possible.  I wouldn't use anyone else.
