Contacted this company on 10 separate occasions to find out important details from Stuart Clemens and every time he has been "unavailable or out of office". I have been chasing them for 5 weeks and have still not spoken to Stuart or anybody else who could help. Horrific customer service. Would not recommend to anybody buying selling or renting.

Although the team were very friendly and kept in touch etc. we have since found out to our cost that they seriously undervalued our house. Think this was for a quick sale, if not then they are very inexperienced in the business they are in. Perhaps a few hundred thousand pounds is nothing to them, but to us it is a small fortune. Lesson learnt, always get at least 3 valuations and don't be roped in by friendly patter.

Having dealt with Karen Bell and Her Son Ben @ the Goole Branch I lost over £2000 after being misinformed detrimental information to the sale of my property. Property ombudsman involved. Unfortunately due to the majority of information being over the phone I lose. Feel totally let down by them and have lost all faith in selling my property now. I would save your money and use Houses etc or any other estate agents for that matter. Good luck !

Ewe move in leek avoid at all costs! They lie and tell you the houses are fine when they are full of damp and mould! They also don't show you all the paper work they should so you don't know what your getting in to!

Emailed to arrange a viewing, no response. Called for a viewing on a Wednesday, their response "how about Friday?".... "How about Thursday?"....."Okay Wednesday, is 12 okay?". 12 o'clock on Wednesday no one arrives to show us around, at ten past we call them, we are told someone is on their way and would be ten minuets, as they had been held up at a previous appointment. Ten minuets later we get a phone call that they are on their way now. When he arrives, he was pleasant and apologised saying "Sorry you weren't on the system, I don't know who booked you in, you must have slipped through the net". Therefor a one star rating for lack of honesty and organisation. Glad I didn't fall for their sales pitch to sell my house with them
