Very kind and understanding doctors, I've never had a bad experience here

When you phone up to get an afternoon appointment with a GP for 14:30 and there 32 minutes late and It’s regarding high kidney function.  Hopefully the GP helps me when they call as it’s something urological .

Very Rude receptionists!!and very unhelpful!can't even help me to register my newborn,went to another doctors they helped straight away,wouldn't recommend this doctors to anyone.

Can never get an appointment even for my very young asthmatic son! Only Good thing is the nurses, receptionists are rude and very unhelpful!

Apart from no appointments available we have never had any problems with this surgery. Dr Arora, dr Quaintance and doctor Offenheign alway have time to listen to what you have got to say. Also find that the nurses are very good one that stands out is sister Cox .

Waiting 40 mins+ for early morning appointments , bad attitude from the dentist and receptionists who seem to think it's your fault they are behind when you turn up on time , dentist doesn't listen to you either. Look elsewhere for professionalism and good service because you won't get it here.
