I am happy to register at Barnes Hill Surgery and I would like to thank Dr. Haya for extracting my tooth, which was buried in the gum, easily and without complications. As a heart patient I was scared and worried but she reassured me and prescribed antibiotics before the extraction and instructions after the extraction. From my experience with many dentists I found Dr. Haya to be the best and very professional and good at her job.
Had my new veneers fitted this morning and I’m over the moon with them, thank you Siva for being so patient with me as I was so nervous, your Dental Nurse is also amazing, highly recommend having work done
The receptionist Cheryl is a very attentive and friendly lady definitely 5 stars for her caring nature, overall the dentist Vish is also attentive and caring. Very happy with the service
worst experience as couldn’t turn up in time due to personal issues was only 5 min. late , they cancelled the appointment and said will not be able to book any more appointments in future with them but my question is why can’t i have future appointment? sometimes we have urgencies that can’t turn up in time.
The reception staff are miserable and unfriendly. Dentist was great, I'm happy with the work I had done but the reception staff let it down.
Great service from professional staff when re-registering and booking appointments. I have to admit to feeling nervous about the treatment, but there was no need, the dentist was amazing! I really didn't feel a thing when having 2 extractions! Highly recommend!
Been with this wonderful dentist for years . My experiences have always been marvellous just like the staff . I’m a wheelchair user and have always find them accommodating .
Worst Dental Practice reception!! Terrible customer service and communication.
Had an emergency referral appointment. The dental practice manager was amazing. I had a stress free appointment and excellent treatment. Cannot fault this dental surgery. Thanks to everyone. I know the dentist and receptionist don’t have it easy and I would probably be miserable there too but kindness and compassion really goes a long way in life. Some of us are all already nervous, and going through hard times after covid. This dentist like many after covid has become a sad place. Getting and keeping appointments or not being kicked off is all that matters now. Good luck everyone and may the odds be in your favour. I’m praying for all the people who can only rely on NHS treatment. Better times are coming I promise.
