Friendly staff had all I needed
They have most things I need in the DiY world, prices around average some higher some lower than local competition, best of all they are a 10 mins fast walk away from home. Staff have always been helpful and friendly.
This is more of a builder's merchants rather than a DIY store but there is a wide range of products that a DIY enthusiast could use. The staff are busy but once you get hold of one of them, they are very helpful and understanding. There is a delivery service but it's not free. Would use them again.
Friendly staff, great place to shop
A reasonable builders merchant, but can be more expensive. Careful when ordering timber as when mine was delivered it was soaking wet and twisted badly when dry leaving it only fit for the long burner. An expensive lesson learned.
Very helpful staff Tracey & Andy the manager. Didn't have what I wanted but arranged to get it by 8am next day..Which they did invoiced & ready for collection.Excellent.
Great customer service in the shop and even better service from the warehouse who load your vehicle for you.. excellent.. go and check it out..
