Big no for the biryani. The rest of the food it's good but a bit pricey. We went there early for the early bird menu but they told us it was not available, even if it was mentioned on the website.Food: 3/5
Delicious food at a reasonable price, really wonderful friendly and attentive staff. Would've rated 5 stars if not for the decor. The decor is old and outdated. Dark curtains that block out natural light, decaying floorboards, an awful dark green colour everywhere. The place could do with some renovations to make it a more comfortable place to dine, but all in all, the staff are fantastic and the food is wonderful. Recommend the lunch menu.
Must try curries and ricebiryani. If want to try starter then is just waste of money. Just need to improve in starter but curries fabulous and if you ask for spicy food they will make it. Friendly staff and good service.
Ordered on Deliveroo crown tandoori and a couple of platters. Omg, the food was just horrible! I love Indian food and spices, but this... we had to simply through away. Oh sorry, Cheese Naan bread was good :
Myself and my girlfriend have been coming here for years and it's consistently delicious and the team are very friendly. We will continue to come here when we feel like having some Indian food.
If you are going to keep customers waiting for 1 hour 45 minutes before serving the main course, i suggest the manager learns most basic communication skills for this industry - an industry that deals with people, and takes money from people so should have a basic amount of respect for that fact that our money is being spent in your restaurant. They were busy, but thats not much of an excuse for this amount of time, having to repeatedly ask where our food was. After 1 hour I asked were the one onion bajhi was.....and after 1hr 30 I suggested to leave and they said they would get our food. The waiter was ok and offered us one beer to share between two of us. If i had been alone i would have walked out, but my friend was more relaxed. When we went up to pay the manager didnt even have the courtesy to acknowledge us, let alone apologise for the mistake. He just put the bill in front of us and took the card machine. Please learn to show respect to your customers, and have a human approach. Food itself is alright, not bad, bahjis are good, samosas are just out of the freezers, curries are alright. Best.
No stars! 2 hour wait for our main meal Waiter did nt know the difference between vegitarian and Vegan! No Vegan menu...Rice n chips came 20 or more minutes before our food. He then added 10 % service charge !!! After appauling service. Also did nt get my doggie bag of leftovers for my dogs !!! Shocking place. Was also Freezing as they had the doors open in baltic temperatures!! Never again , They need to visit musashi Ifsc to see how a restaurant is run.
Great restaurant with authentic food! I recently started working in the area and had my eye on this place, and today was the day I got to try it! They have a lunch menu which consists of a starter and a main, good value! The food arrived quickly and was very tasty. I had naan bread with my main, which was freshy made and delicious, though in retrospect I would have probably ordered an extra side of rice, as the spicy chicken felt a bit light on its own! All in all, a great option for lunch or a meal to share with friends!
In what world this tastes and looks like a Tandoori BUTTER CHICKEN ? Please do not represent and SELL an authentic , good Indian dish in such a bad way ! I am not angry as much of WASTING the money but on seeing such a nice dish poorly prepared !
Staff were fabulous! Food was very good. Good advice on spiciness. Bathrooms were immaculate always a good sign!. Could do with a bit of upgrading... Nice experience.
