This station doing absolutely incorrect for fuel filling in vehicle I am filling fuel from last more than 6 months almost every day and now comes on this decision that this petrol measures in correctly and not giving proper quantity of fuel to customers there must be some sort of cheating but am sure as it's not correct quantity of fuel goes into your vehicle against your spender amount I have no idea where have to report or which AUTHORITY but it should be monitored and control by some good officials needs to gives proper attention

Stopped to inflate my tyres, the pump was defective, £2 later a beautiful flat tyre. So instead of inflating the pump left my tyre flat. Staff unhelpful, said pump is working... well so we'll that i was left stranded with a flat tyre near an air pump. Unprofessional and rude ! Check your equipment better before hugging the NO , PUMP IS WORKING.
I attempted to pay at the window hatch at 13.30pm due to not having a mask to wear to enter the shop. The cashier refused to take payment at the hatch and told me I had to go in the store to which I refused. Wearing a mask in an indoor shop is a legal requirement unless you are exempt.
Do not buy produce from this place. It’s over priced and all of it is expired. Milk was all expired. And I bought a jar of Nutella which only realising when I got home. Was already open and half eaten! Absolutely disgusting.

Don't use this petrol station I payed for a petrol can with cash and given the incorrect change £10 short and he said I only £10 i asked him to look at the cctv and he declined thay are robbing people.
good fuel more mileage per gallon., fuel pumps RIP ppl off finished exactly on the £33:00 when going into pay it were a few pence more add this up over time and it adds up cashier had nothing to say when I picked them up on it has I've seen this happen a few times.
Reasonably priced produce for a fuel station and low cost for fuel. Living in the southern part of the UK, being in Dudley is clearly a cheaper place for fuel. Guy behind the counter took a personal call while serving me though which has let the place down.
Cashier not wearing a mask and he let several customers in a row in the shop without masks.
