Very rude staff on duty today, will never return to this station and will advise my friends and family to do the same. A poor attitude that made me feel like making a simple purchase was a major inconvenience for her. Time of visit 15:00 today 06/10/2016

I don't like being blatantly lied to. I regularly use the carwash facility at this service station as it is one of the only ones in the area that will take the height of my Landrover. I have used this carwash for as long as I have had this car (2 years). They have always had a carwash offer "Buy any 5 washes and get a FREE Top Wash" buy stamping a card. I got my Top Wash last wash and needed a new card to start collecting again. I was told they had run out of cards and then they had stopped the offer. I had had this conversation with two other assistants at this service station a few months ago but eventually got a card, I was lied to then and again today (1500 5/1/15). I have now got a new card supplied by Norton Rd s/stn (same company same offer) who tell me as far as he is aware this offer is ongoing. Top marks to Norton Rd s/stn but no marks to St Johns Rd.
