Awkward position of pumps made it quite difficult to pull out once you filled up because of the angle they set at.nShop was well stocked and the person who served me was polite and courteous. Fuel was in line with other places around and about.
I used the jet wash got my car spotless
I have used this place several times to drop off parcels for my small business as it is advertised as a named drop off point. It really does depend on what staff member serves you. Most are very helpful and friendly but there is one particular lady who is always rude and makes you feel guilty for taking your parcels . She has been so rude to my husband before , he refuses to go back !!
Avoid these at all costs for returning parcels. The staff are rude and unhelpful and run it like Schrödinger's Post Office - they do and don't accept parcels with barcodes, they do and don't have hard rules about who has to apply the label out of you and them, and which way it goes seems to depend entirely on what phase the moon is in and how many mountain goats you've sacrificed on a particular day. Absolutely shocking customer service, would give 0 stars if I could.
Went to petrol station just walking to drop a parcel off could see the petrol tanker parked and the forecourt entrance was blocked on approaching the shop the door slid open as normal then the petrol station manager and the counter girl told me that they were closed. I could understand being closed for petrol but I was only dropping a parcel off never had this happen previously dropping parcels off. But the annoying thing about this is I sat on the wall for twenty minutes whilst the so called manager and the shop girl just stood about kicking stones about the forecourt. Then once the tanker had gone they let me in to drop the parcel off. But then went into Billingham town centre and seen one of the other staff there and asked her about the shop being closed while the tanker delivered fuel to which she replied no there’s no reason for the shop to close which I found strange good job I wasn’t a diabetic needing a sugary drink. The manager always seems in a bad mood every time I went in so have found myself a new drop off point for my parcels and they are very pleasant. The petrol station must be loosing a lot of customers crazy.
