I love this place. Unique collection of dream guitars and basses. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Bath.

This is probably the nicest guitar shop in the country. Such a nice, calm vibe for trying things out. This is where I go every time i need something special.

Very easy transaction, guitar was exactly as described to me over the phone,enjoyable trip over to the shop to collect in today, great service while I was there......Would recommend.

Quite simply the best guitar store I have visited. Beautifully laid out, with an astonishing selection of quality gear. Most importantly the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and relaxed. At no point did I feel pressured or patronised, as so often seems to happen in other music stores. Tucker (no relation!) was really helpful and genuine, and made this one of the most positive experiences I have had as an incurable gear-hound. I will be back...
