Wow, what a store! From the moment you look through the window, to the bright welcome you receive when you walk through the door. These guys certainly know what they are talking about. The great array of products that they have to offer and their knowledge on every single one of them, makes me feel more than confident in every purchase I’ve made. The level of customer service they uphold is something they should be very proud of. After sales service, from taking their valuable time to advise, share their experience or even just simply visually showing you how to make the most of your purchase. It’s the “John Lewis” of the music world. Ask them to play you something - they are also amazing, amazing musicians!!
I have used this shop on many occasion for all the musical needs I have.. they’ve always got the stock.. the owner, and the staff are very competent and knowledgable in both business and music.. a great atmosphere indoors and always customer satisfaction! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Top store, top staff and top merchandise..
My favourite shop to visit, and I've bought most of my guitars from Guitarbitz. They have an incredible range of instruments, pedals and accessories, and Sam and the team make everyone feel very welcome and give excellent advice. Their passion for music is inspirational. Thanks, guys!

Loved it here!!! Fellow guitarists, check this place out! The guitar selection is perfect, the prices are reasonable and the people there are super cool too. A lot of fun to just look around, even if you're playing on something you wouldn't be able to afford for a while!

Cannot speak more highly about Sam and this place, they went the extra mile for me, communicated brilliantly, and they sell Big Bends Lil Luber Ultra Nut Sauce .5cc Guitar Nut Lubricant, which bleddy well works.

A stockist of Fender and Martin acoustics, with a handful of nice Ibanez and other brands too. The "acoustic lounge" is a nice touch to an already good guitar shop. The selection of strings is only rivalled by Amazon.
