This is the second Kia an Optima I've bought from Peter at Jennings. Fantastic service at every step of the way and I highly recommend them. A warranty issue with a previous car a Proceed was also dealt with swiftly, as were services.  Brilliant dealership. I've already pointed two people at work their way to buy a new car.

Excellent service and friendly staff, Peter Hudson has the patience of a saint, he was extremely helpful, thanks Peter.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Can't speak for sales. Kia are great cars but if you have any warranty issues DO NOT GO HERE. I've had 2 issues and both visits it's been extremely poor.  The first was a sun roof failure, they diagnosed great then booked in 3 days later. Courtsey car available for 45 pounds for 3 days insurance there abouts. I went to the lengths of insuring it myself for 12 spend a long time going through all sorts for it.  Turned up 3 days later "it's not available sir, it's not here" no other cars. Ended up been given the drivers car then asked to insure it again!  They repaired the issue a different way to discussed then through the whole paper trail again a day later.  2nd issue today a recent service with a good garage advised a possible issue to check. A 2min visual inspection. These guys told me it would take a couple hours and they wouldn't be able to do it till 4 days time as they were down four techs - not my problem.  After a lot of frustration I left and drove to Kia Newcastle been seen to in less than half an hour and the tech looked at the issue in around 40 seconds once available.  Will never return to Jennings. Actively discourage it. Told many Kia customers here of my tales.

I was more than pleased when I called into Jennings Kia for an urgent repair. They accomadated me in an already busy schedule. The reception staff were exceptional in their assistance to my needs and the customer care and satisfaction were second to none.

Second car I have bought from this dealership. Staff are extremely helpful from the manager down to the sales team. Dealt with Peter who is brilliant. He kept me informed at all times and he was very patient with my needs. Would definately recommend this dealership in Washington if you are looking for a car. Thanks again... a very Happy customer. overall, sales great, cannot do enough for you, very professional, however unable to book my  car in for valet, my week off. Told very busy, as new reg out next week. How inconvenient and very disappointed, as we not as important. Communications poor, promise to ring back, cannot  be bothered to do so. I'll do the car myself, or take it elsewhere to get the valet !!

My wife and I bought a used Nissan Juke from this dealership a week ago. They serviced the vehicle and fixed a paint scratch before my wife collected it, as well as giving her a generous amount for her 10 year old Citroen C4 in part exchange.
