We purchased our camper van a couple of months ago and can honestly say the whole experience was outstanding. Both Paul and Mathew were great, giving information when required but not pushy at all. We visited a couple of times before we decided what we were actually looking for and they couldn’t be more helpful, even after purchasing the camper Matty was happy to hold the vehicle until I had the driveway altered  3 weeks. We have been away a few times now in the camper and have had no issues . I have rang Matty a couple of times for advice on using equipment in the van and  he has been more than happy to help.   Perfect experience from start to finish. Gary Wake was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly and professional, but nevertheless a non pushy salesman, not many salesmen that don't pester you when looking at buying a car, but Gary didn't.  I got a good part ex price on my ST. A lot more than other garages offered. When I arrived at the garage, Gary spent a couple of minutes looking at the ST before offering me the same price as over the phone. He didn't try and knock me down like motorway or we buy any car.  Hassle free and easy process in buying and part ex the car.  I noticed a few dents on the BMW I was buying. Gary immediately arranged for them to be removed. Gary also put a fresh 12 months MOT on the car after I asked if it could be done. Really good that the garage also put the M performance body kit and alloys on the car. Makes the car look a lot more appealing and saves the customer a lot of money.  The car was ready to be collected within a couple of days, and the garage even let me take the car home and post the logbook for my trade in car when it arrived. Again, most garages make you wait around for days and weeks.  I would highly recommend Crowther Lodge Motor Company to friends and family and will definitely be a returning customer when I am ready to upgrade in future.  Thank you.

Visited Crowther Lodge recently to look at changing my car for a newer model. I received excellent customer service and didn't feel any pressure to buy. The advice I was given by Steve was professional and helpful in making the right choice of car that would be right for me and my family needs. I'd highly recommend this place if your looking for a new car. Lovely selection of camper vans too.

Bought my Volvo from Crowther and after viewing so many poor abused examples found this one, absolutely mint example with full history and great spec. Steve and Gary were brilliant, thanks lads!

After shopping around and visiting a few places we decided to purchase our first campervan with Crowther lodge. Everything was done over telephone, video and email given the distance we are from Crowther.  two main reasons for going with Crowther was 1 I was able to spec the van from a blank page - with the expert guidance from Paul and Steve and 2 there was no sales pitch, pushing for extras or decisions etc  The communication was excellent and the handover of the campervan was thorough giving lots of details about the van and good practical tips too.  Both Paul and Steve were professional, clear, made you feel at ease and helped you understand your van so you can drive away not worrying too much about how to use it.  Thank you for a great experience we have and will continue to recommend Crowther.

Found exactly what I was looking for. Contacted Gary, and had the van shortly after. Would have been quicker, but it was over the new year holidays. Got a couple of freebies thanks to Gary's kindness. Would definately recommend.
