Went to look at a car with the mrs and my 3 year old son..We had to look for a sales person as we waited 10 mins and nobody approached us.. the sales rep who came was very moody and did not look interested at all..i asked to look at the volvo xc60 but he said it had been sold ,however he was just being lazy as the car had the sale and price sign up. I asked him can we look at the nissan xtrail and landrover,he said he is going to get the keys!! I wish i walked away at this moment as we waited 15mins and the agent never came back..on the way out i seen him and asked him where did you go,he shrugged his shoulders and said he was busy,how rude and cowerdly as he could not even look at me in the eye..1 customer lost.

Nice no pressure. Dealt with Steve Hunter who was brilliant and did exactly what was agreed. Highly recommended .
