Our Freezer developed a fault so we called Jeff Fisher (Martin - son). We were advised by him that it was not repairable but he could get us a new Tricity Bendix freezer at a very good price. We agreed and gave him the money. The machine they delivered was not as stated and was an unknown make which we still cannot trace. This was an under counter integeral freezer, which they were supposed to fit, but it remained in the middle of our kitchen as they were not capable of fitting it. Despite many, many phone calls they refused to answer them. Please do not trust these people.

Do not give your money to these people. We bought a fridge freezer from them after being told that ours could not be repaired. They have our £350 but we did not receive the goods and they are not responding to phone calls, messages and texts.
