We recently purchased a folding camper from Highbridge, David could not have been more helpful, getting us a great deal. Having taken delivery and a very thorough handover from Mike, off we went to try it out. Unfortunately we discovered immediately we had made a huge mistake and this style of camping was not for us. Disaster! We returned to Highbridge half expecting them to say hard luck, but absolutely not. The fantastic Kate worked her socks off finding us someone in authority we could talk to about returning the folding camper and exchanging it for a new caravan. James stepped up and offered us the very best possible deal and organised the purchase of the caravan we wanted. He made what could have been a very difficult transaction for us a pleasure. We are delighted with the excellent customer service shown to us by these members of staff and the general friendly atmosphere we have experienced at Highbridge Caravans and have no hesitation in recommending their sales and services

Just had our motor home serviced. Our lovely dog gets a warmer welcome then us, lol. Seriously we are well looked after by everyone.

Lots of choice for caravans, motorhomes awnings and accessories. For parts you'll be sent to see their workshops as they don't have a great choice for that in the shop. Very friendly and helpful staff though who never seem to be too busy to help.

We were first timers to owning a MoHo and were a little nervous about making our first purchase so chose to visit Highbridge because of the amazing reviews and I'm pleased to say they didn't let us down! I'm a College Lecturer in Customer Service Management and I can honestly say Highbridge is a shining example of how excellent customer service should be delivered and it has been one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had! Our MoHo had a couple of teething problems and we took her back into Highbridge under the no quibble 12 month warranty (a fantastic selling point) and they went above and beyond to fix the faults. The Highbridge team honestly cannot do enough for you and are so professional!

We will never look any further than Highbridge for all future purchases, as once you've tried the best you don't need the rest! Every dealing that we have had from Sales, Aftersales/Service & the Shop, has been an absolute pleasure as the staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel very valued as customers. Highbridge all go that extra mile in everything they do and we have complete trust and faith in them and will continue to recommend them to all family and friends. (and anyone else who will listen!)

Highbridge are very good dealers to buy your motorhome/ caravan from. We bought a motorhome from them last year. Phil the general manager who sold it to us ( at NEC  Oct 2016) was non pushy and patient. We're oldies and every decision takes an age!!.  Though we have had problems with it,  no fault of Highbridge ,they have gone out of their way to provide exceptional customer service.We live 140 miles away and they are willing to send out local dealers to sort out the minor mechanical problems. sadly a major problem resulted in  the motorhome having to be returned to them, but I was given a courtesy car to get me back home. Staff are polite and happy, can't recommend them enough. Would happily buy another from them.
