I bought my current computer from DC Computers and they gave me excellent advice. Recently I had problems first with downloads of windows updates and they solved the problem promptly and only yesterday the computer refused to print and they solved the problem both efficiently and promptly. Full Marks.

My pc was shutting down every time it was started. Went along to DC computers who could not find the cause. They was unsure what had caused this to happen, they said it could be the mother board or hard drive. Would anyone pay for parts if they were then told it still might not work. I payed for fastrack which was £20. It was a week before I was told it would be ready to be picked up. They did not ever phone me or keep me informed. I phoned them over and over again and was told I was rude and he would put the phone down on me. I had differing opinions from each technician to what was wrong. I payed £60 fee. Computer is sill not working.

I was a little surprised to find out that their standard charge is £39.99 just to look at a copmuper. But even more surprised to note it could be up to a week before they look at it. There charge of £69.99 for express service is exorbetant.not likely to use them twice
