Worst place anyone can go to buy a car. And their advertising to many customers that have issues with them. That they can take them to court because they've been to court many many times and always wins. Seriously fantastic advertising from a very very poor car sales company. But a very good cowboy cars sales company. Seriously the amount of people I know that have bought cars from here and I don't see how they are still allowed to stay in business. The mechanic hasn't got a clue what he's doing as he rips all cars apart to get to a bit that is easy to get out. He doesn't put the cars back together properly. And that is at the risk of the customers health and safety but also their life. So for all the future customers please please stay clear of this company. You're better off driving further along the road in either direction and going to an Honest, Trustworthy and Respectable cars sales company who will look after you properly 1000%. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.

EDIT - so, when i wrote this review my car was working fine. Not long after the warrenty ran out problems began to emerge in the electrical systems, sensors puttibg faults everywhere. The car then proceeded to break down on me 3 times even with repairs and good maintenance. Eventually it got to a point with 8 points of failure on its MOT. Bought the car for £1400 and part-ex'd it for £100. Original: Sold me an amazing car and have an amazing customer service. Strongly recommend buying a car from them. 3 months warrenty and a years breakdown cover with the AA

Had some issues with a car I bought not the garages fault in any way shape or form they done everything they said they would and never left me in the lurch once they supplied a courtesy car every time I needed one but after a lot of work they couldn’t resolve the issues with the car so they replaced it with a better newer model can’t recommend clacton car sales enough I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again highly recommend

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! At first they are polite to get you to part with your money but when you have a problem they take vehicle in and it comes back with more problems than before they tried to fix it! Then accuse you of doing damage yourself!

Bought a car from them and it turns out to have had the mileage 'clocked' back. I checked with the last owner who sold the car to them a few weeks previously! They had put £2000 profit on top of the price they bought it for after taking 100000 miles off the clock.
