We went in to store just the other day to find trainer's for my son, they did not have his size in any of the ones we liked. We met a lovely shop assistant working on shoes, young girl who was such a delight, so helpful and kind. Really impressed by her impeccable service. She tried her best to ask other stores and checked online. Hard to find lovely service from stores nowadays.
Good variety of kids/junior products... Not a lot of you're over 6 foot or are broad-shouldered. Staff are hit and miss also, so helpful some just don't wanna be there!!
Went to change a size of a t-shirt which was a small on a large hang they told me no returns or refunds today 26/12/23 is just changing it for a bigger size dont see what the issue is really not happy
Always loved it, good staff, good stuff good price but no more sales.
My daughter's North Face jacket, purchased only 2 months ago, was displaying a minor cosmetic issue. We went back to the shop yesterday to ask for advice on how to fix it. The shop manager immediately offered a refund or a replacement as she agreed there should be no quality issues so soon after the purchase. Within 5 minutes we were in and out of the shop, daughter happy with a new replacement jacket. Well done JD!
I bought the Nike shoes from Bracknell Jd sports store. I have always been wearing and buying Nike shoes and never had any issues, however this time after wearing for a less than half an hour I developed sore feet and bruising to the point that I can not wear them at all, plus now struggling to wear any other shoes due to swelling. I tried to return or exchange it for the same price or even the same shoes, but the person at the store refused to help and was very aggressive towards me. I felt absolutely embarrassed with the way he and his assistant treated me in front other customers . Absolutely embarrassing rude and unthoughtful stuff working there. Taking this further
Poor girl out front who I guess is there for security as she is not allowed to leave the door area...she keeps getting taken as service staff and then has to shout across the shop to get someone's attention. Not the best set up there by management IMO. Other than that a good choice of footwear and other apparel at what seemed to me to be good prices.

Worst customer service. I had found a jogger reduced to £30. After a try I took that to payment counter. At first the serving person showed the price with £50. I asked her didn't.t that come up with the discounted price? She tried with the label still came up with £35. At that point I just told her I didn't want to buy . While I was still around the store looking some other stuff with one of my friend some of their staff came close to me and asked whether had I changed the label? What a joke. They stayed close to me until I left the store. I am very disapponted, any one can guess what they would have thought about me. Never going again to that store
Bit of a queue, but ok. Staff member could do with a bit of customer service training though, she doesnt know how to fold clothes & it was like I was an inconvenience to her!
