Went into Charles Tyrwhitt (CT) to buy some shirts, not somewhere I've tried before and doubt I'll go again. A young sales assistant, looking as if he was fresh out of Uni asked if he could help. I asked to see a size 16.5 classic double cuff shirt. To which he replied have you worn a CT shirt before!! He might as well of asked, 'Have you ever worn a shirt before?' I'd given him the size I was looking for but HE WASN'T LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER. The way we do things here is I take some measurements then I can go and get some samples for you to try on to get a proper sizing. I thought I'd humour him. I let him take the measurements. After which he said, I think our size 15 slim or extra slim will fit you. He took me to the changing room and went to fetch the samples. I tried the larger of the two samples. Could barely do the buttons across my chest! I showed the sales assistant at which he asked, 'Would you like me to get you a larger size?' My response 'No'! I don't have time to waste when you don't listen to your customers in the first instance!

The lads and I at the quartet needed matching suits for our performance of Schoenberg's String Quartet No. 1 in this coming December and luckily we chose the right store. Perfect suits complementary to my body shape. Lovely fabrics. One gent working in the store had the idea of us each wearing a different coloured tie; a personal touch that we otherwise would not have considered. Will definitely visit again if I need another suit.

I went to Charles Tyrwhitt in Bracknell to buy my dad a new shirt for his birthday as I kept seeing deals advertised on Instagram - I ended up getting a blazer and 5 shirts too!! Great value for money with all the deals going on and AMAZING service ! I was there for a good hour and the guys were so helpful and so much fun to be around whilst still being very professional - you don’t get service like this these days!! Will be recommending to everyone and will be returning at any excuse to buy a pressie!

Attended the grand opening of this Store. The service was excellent in spite of the number of people attending. Highly recommended for men;s shirts

My husband and I came in here last week to get his suit for my cousins wedding and we couldn't have asked for better service. The staff were beyond compare, the suits are top notch quality and to top it off the store smells amazing! At the wedding everyone was complimenting his suit, saying how dashing he looked, I can't believe it, never had attention like it. We will be coming to this establishment in the future for sure!
