They had only regular size suit today and not many colours i.e choice - long for me, also wanted Navy colour, wish they had small size and colour then I could have bought it!
Shop is alright but the customer service is awful! The staff in the till looks miserable and a bit rude. They shouldnt be working there as a customer service, because they dont fit the title.
Well to much talk, customer service is shocking, only the manager seem nice. 1 young girl supervisor gives me dirty looks all the time. Not good. + 18.07.22 no staff on men dep, not customer service. The clothing it all right though

As you would expect, River Island store on a high street. Manager looked 16 and lots of staff 'looking' busy. Snapchat is not work!! Oooooh If only I was the area manager!!

I’ve been coming to the shop for some time now and I always find something good upstairs in the menswear section and every time I go there it’s always good service and every person who has served me is always so friendly i’ve been meaning to write a review for quite a while now it’s always good to see people happy whenever you go into River Island
My wife expected to pay £46 for some jeans but at the till they were discounted to £20! Combine that with the friendly sales staff, all excellent!
Very expensive but not very good verity according to the price.
