Awful experience went in there 3 times in the space of two days for a pair of shoes. All the staff i spoke to were useless and couldn't tell me if the size we needed was available they just said look at the screen then walked off. After an hour of waiting and asking for literally any colour shoe in that size we walked out the same as many others did that day due to a crappy system and terrible service. Even the manager on floor just used the scanner to scan shows and said look at the screen. This "NEW" system is useless what was wrong with the old personal touch where someone could go look for a box themselves. Very displeased with the service especially around this time of year and in a new shop.

not so much the store, as the whole company, ordered products which the website said were available, only to be emailed days later saying they were out of stock so went back online only to see the website saying that it was STILL available, also the online tracker is useless. after 8 days of it telling me my item was still in the warehouse awaiting delivery i went into my local store to find out what was going on only to be told my item had been in store for 3-4 days with no apologies what so ever, Will not be ordering anything else online from here.

Visited the store today to purchase a pair of trainers for my daughter's birthday. Nobody asked if we needed help, we had to search for staff to help us with sizes. When we asked for a particular size, the first staff member who dealt with us greeted us nicely but forgot to come back to us about not having the size we needed and just continued working on something else. Because she didn't ask to help us further, we asked someone else for a different size. He was rude and looked at us as though we had just asked him to jump off a bridge! We also had to repeat ourselves numerous times because he wasn't listening. I will not be returning to this store again.

Not a good experience at this store. There was a large variety of products for the size of store but not enough. There was more clothing than anything else and the range of non-clothing items I could find was very limited.
