Assistant manager - Nicky , who was dealing with my return today was the rudest person I have ever met. People like her shouldn't work in customer service at all....not sure who decided to give her a managerial position..... I was shouted at and heard no apoligies, also felt like an intruder , not customer.

No pick up point for those ordering things online for pick up and not a helpful shop assistant on the phone who didn't even suggest where the best place to park would be - fine if only ordering small items.
