Rubbish customer service. When you use their tracker it doesn't work properly then head office tries to fob you off with lies instead of coming clean and being honest. Not trusted. Shop staff very helpful.

I managed to have a bad experience at JD Sports Southend without even wanting to buy anything from the store. I had ordered a water bottle online and JD Sports was listed as a local pick up point that I thought would be convenient for me. It took me two visits, two phone calls and over 45 minutes of standing around in the store waiting just to pick up the item that I had ordered. This place is staffed by morons. Avoid at all costs.

Fully wheelchair accessible the staff when you locate one are as helpful as can be the quality of the stock seems ok and the prices to quality ratio seems reasonable to be honest it only really lost a star because of the lack of middle range sizes if you want small or extra large you fine but a medium or large were scarcer than hens teeth

I've been here to buy clothes and the staff and the quality is just incredible. The clothes are just the right process and not to expensive. You will find just about every JD brand here from Jordans to Hype
