Ordered online. Twice they sent the wrong size item. When I requested a refund, they refunded the wrong amount.
Just left this shop. After an hour's journey, waited 20 minutes to be served. Was repeatedly told they would serve us in a few minutes. Gave up!
Delivery experience was a headache and when I reported it to customer services they merely said sorry here's a google map location for the shop other side of town the courier dumped your £260 order! Disappointed they never honoured their free next day delivery option also ignored my query as to why this was not a service they were providing as it was what persuaded me to use them for the item I could have sourced elsewhere. No attempt made to actually address my grievance so I won't use the site again.
On behalf of water sports enthusiasts, thank you for offering many different brands quickly and at affordable prices. I bought a fullbody wetsuit. I didn't have any problems with the size because I checked the size guide. The product quality was also as I know it. The shipping was so fast I couldn't believe it. I received it within 1 week even though it coincided with the customs process and a 3-day public holiday. I have never seen better in terms of customer service. Thank you very much for your interest.
