I recently came into JD Sports with my 3 kids looking for shoes. Addie was the first employee to greet me and my experience with her changed my life. Addie expressed genuine kindness and compassion that made the whole shopping experience easy. Addie helped me get everything I needed and even helped me find myself. Addie’s genuine personality helped light the spark in me that has been dull ever since my wife unfortunately passed away 4 years ago. Addie made my experience great and I will be returning to JD Sports.

I went this afternoon to buy shoes, and a Latino guy named Rafael provided excellent service. For all the Latino customers looking to shop at JD, ask for Rafael—he will take great care of you!
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! Found the shoes I wanted, asked the 2 young kids at the front for a size and got told “one sec” as they scrolled the one kids phone. Waited for over a minute then walked up to the front counter where 2 sales associates were and said “excuse me, can I get a size?” One looked up at me, didn’t acknowledge me and the other had her face buried in her phone. I stood there for almost 3 mins, with the shoe I wanted in hand, without anyone acknowledging me so I tossed the shoe on the floor as I was walking out and thanked the 2 kids at the front who were still too busy on the one kids phone for the “amazing” customer service! As someone who managed footlocker many years ago, now runs my own construction company and buys 10+ pairs of shoes a month, I’m absolutely disgusted by your employees at this location! Do better!
