We worked with Pooja.  She did a great job of showing us only what met our requirements, and she found an apartment that we had not noticed online. It was a perfect fit! We were on a time crunch of finding an apartment in essentially a day because we are relocating from another state. The entire transaction was completed smoothly, and we would definitely recommend her to our friends. JAXTONS has amazing team.

Me and my roommate worked with two other agency but they were garbage! Then We came across PRATIK  from Jaxtons estate agents. He was so responsive and helpful with us. Sent us the best options, which we went to go see! He let us in his vehicle and, even took us back to our hotel when finished. The apartments were exactly what we we’re  looking for!!! However we are from Iowa and, our move had to pause till this early October 2018. PRATIK was more then understanding and can’t wait to see what he shows us when we move out there in the months to come!!! If you want an agent who gets the job done PRATIK is the one!!! Hi there I would recommend jaxtons estate agents as the most knowledgeable agent responsible for housing people and delivering excellent solutions and customer service. I would also like to rent a flat with this company.

Terrible experience. After paying the holding fee, the ad wasn't removed and we were completely ignored by the agent. Turned out the landlord cancelled the offer when we were about to move. We lost time and money. To 'compensate', the agent showed us another property which was way worse than the one we originally were interested in and overpriced. Plus, the admin fees are ridiculous. I would NEVER recommend this agent.

Not only are they very friendly, they are also extremely helpful. We've been with them for a year and half and couldn't have asked for better agents to rent our first apartment with. Totally recommend them :
