Had my grandads wake today 22/04/24 . the older women who work behind the bar was absolutely vile complaining about the kids who all attended a funeral as we all had to deal with losing a family figure and get treated like this is absolutely outrageous. Younger staff was absolutely amazing the old crows behind the bar who was slagging off our family is not on at all and we will be all taking the further. How can you put kid friendly when the old women behind the bar was acting like witches. Would never recommend
Busy on a Saturday afternoon, hadn't been there in ages. Easy getting served despite the bar being crowded.nWe sat down and had a laugh with the random people on the next table.nNice atmosphere!
Love, love, love this pub! It is my favourite pub in Shifnal. Firstly, it's so beautiful to look at and feels like you're by the sea somewhere. Secondly, there's a great selection of drinks and the staff are super friendly. The outside seating area is so lovely overlooking the railway bridge. It's definitely a must if you're in the area!
Firstly I have been going to Jaspers for years and always enjoyed my time there, although last night was something else and I won't be returning.nOne particular barmaid was extremely rude and honestly it was disgusting how she spoke to myself and surrounding customers. She made myself and friends feel uncomfortable. I asked politely for my drink and she firstly put it in a half pint glass and when I asked again politely for a little more lemonade her response was rude and she refused. As I paying customer this is not OK.nAs someone who works in Customer service I appreciate busy shifts but her attitude and customer service skills were shocking.
Love the pub I just wish they did food. But the do have HAPPY HOUR
