I enjoy that the gym is pretty calm, it is also for people in need and disabilities so it's not for gangs to hog equipment. It's basically like X2 hotel gyms but I'm happy with bar barbell, bench and cables etc. I was a kiss gym member for quite some time but it started to stink so. Please get a triceps push down machine would be great tho.
I take my son there for swimming lessons. The staff are nice and friendly, and the pool area is clean. The changing rooms are numerous, and they have a main pool as well as a learners pool. The temperature of the main pool is warm as a lot of centres have pools that are too cold. I have not seen the gym, so I can not comment.
The management is a complete joke here, I won a competition in August, I was supposed to get a voucher, now it October, the assistant manager keeps lying every single time that hes waiting for delivery. I honestly don’t care much about the voucher, but it’s the fact that they are not honest, I have also cancelled my membership as I do not want to deal with them anymore.
It's the worst swimming pool I've ever been to. Adults' swimming time was at the same time as children's, with only one line for adults to swim, which is not enough!! A man with a T-shirt in the water was highly unsanitary. There is no private locker; you have to find your way between children and parents walking and yelling; don't go there.
I do not recommend having your child take swim classes there. My four year old nearly drowned last week as the life guard was not paying attention. He was only noticed after I yelled the house down. Needless to say, my children will never go back.
Large pool, dedicated swim times. Good locker system with a coin you pay for no cash needed, card only. Beware the locker coin only works once! Pool could be slightly more heated and the water in the showers hotter, especially coming out the pool it's cold. No clothes spinner for drying your wet swimsuit.
Awful, my brother was in the beginner class and the teacher was constantly frustrated and wouldn’t give clear instructions to him. I would rather teach him myself. Do not recommend and plus the place isn’t very clean.
Worst Gym I've ever been to! -First you have to book each session even to just use the gym area. -Not a great deal of variety in equipment; ie. no back row machines whatsoever a staple gym equipment; barely any cable attachments; no spare barbells so if the benches and the one power rack is being used there's no spare barbell to do something like deadlifts; not enough weight plates. -Cable machines where you can change the height only go up to 25kg. Only good thing about the gym it has one of those curved treadmills.
My 4 year old daughter was randomly lifted by her legs and dived into the water by her instructor - even though she saying No! Extremely disappointed & traumatised with her new group teacher Jennyfart. No apology or accountability for actions- nor was this done to the other children. I feel this was a racist manoeuvre & my shy child has been left traumatised.
My 7 year old son really enjoys his Swimming classes here. His confidence and strokes have improved tremendously. The teachers are really attentive and friendly. The only improvement I've noticed is that they need to clean the changing rooms / drainage more frequently as they can be a bit smelly.
