I was lucky enough to have Jan & Polly as the designers and creators of my wedding dress and veil - to say they were brilliant is an understatement. They were determined to make sure my dress was everything I wanted from start to finish and were so accommodating of last minute changes in heart. Jan creates the most intricate and delightful embroidered detailing - it is truly astounding. The whole experience was so much fun and when I put my dress on for the big day it felt like magic!!!!

Atelier 19 is a warm and welcoming gem of a shop in the Suffolks area of Cheltenham.  Once inside you can spend hours browsing beautiful, intricate and lovingly made pieces for that special occasion.  And if you're looking for someone to customise or embellish an outfit for you, Jan is an amazingly creative and gifted designer.  She helped me put together a one-of-a-kind bohemian wedding outfit which included a petticoat made from upcycled 1920s silk, hand-made flower hair accessories, and an embroidered hoop which I carried as an alternative to a bouquet.  Well worth visiting!

Great little shop in the wonderful Suffolks area of Cheltenham. As well as a super destination shopping experience for women, it’s also great for men buying quality presents for wives or girlfriends!  Very friendly and helpful staff with extensive knowledge of all things textile! They even offer workshops for those wanting to learn various skills and techniques in embroidery, dressmaking etc. Recommended.
