The lady on the phone certainly didn't have the time for me to be there speaking to her - I rang to ask if the store sold Jewellery boxes (as a jewellers - probably a good start...) however the lady on the phone was really quite rude and abrupt - thanks bye (sort of thing and then put the phone down without me even saying anything!)

Poor Service, after buying a tag heuer watch for about £2500, 6 months ago it needs one extra link. I went in to Goldsmiths in Cheltenham sopke to a lady, it seemed all that she was interested in was charging me more money, "oo you will have to pay for the links" then i pointed out I had spoke to Tag and they said it would be free from there distributer,, she then said they would have to charge to fit the links,. So, she would call me back the next day, with the details, i waited and no call. I called them the following day and they cant find the paperwork! Most watch companies will send you free links, i dont mind paying for the service but she seemed more interested in getting money that providing a decent service. Now that makes me want to use some one else in future.
