It took beards roughly 2 months to generate some bespoke Computer assisted drawings for an engagement ring I was designing despite being promised these would be done in a week or two. This was sent through after the rough date I had mentioned I was planning to propose on. No apology was offered for the delay. The quoted price was significantly higher than the welsh diamond centre. If you are considering a bespoke ring my experience would suggest shopping elsewhere.

I am a genuine customer bought a engagement ring from beards about a year ago and I must say the most recent review doesn’t at all reflect the experience I had. I had the money to buy the ring outright. I went in wearing very casual clothes and was treated very well (unlike other jewellers in Cheltenham) service was really friendly with an emphasis on finding the right ring for my other half. Bought the ring and felt great about it. She was so please with it. It’s now about a year on and disaster the diamond became loose. I called them and spoke to a lady called Jo. She was extremely professional and polite. She advised that myFiance should bring it in for them to take a look. Also advised if it was a build quality issue it would be repaired for free but we would be charged if we had knocked or damaged it (it’s the same in my business so I didnt take exception to this) my fiancé took the ring in the same day and spoke to Melanie . Although we where advised that it had been knocked (so our fault) they would still repair it free of charge (though this must be discretionary and I can’t guarantee this for everyone). Ultimately there is now no doubt in my mind this was the right company to trust with such an important purchase. Really please with Beards and I wish them nothing but success in future. Thank you Jo Melanie and Beards of Cheltenham.

Have been a customer for 10 years or so now, from watches to other bespoke items. The team know their stuff and have always been very helpful. Worth a visit!

If i could give Beards 6* i would. Its a joy to deal with such a great team. I have bought all of my watches from Beards and can not recommend them highly enough. Great customer service and after care. They set the standards we all should follow.

I have dealt with Beards for a number of years and they always come up trumps. They are an amazing company to work with and nothing ever seems to be a trouble for them. Extremely friendly team and fantastic service.
